You will be responsible for a wide range of duties spanning strategy development, ad operations, agency management, lead generation, data analysis, and team management. All internal communication is conducted in English.
Responsibility
- Manage and operate Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and OpenAI Ads
- Manage multiple advertising agencies
- Collaborate with the Social Media/Affiliate/Content Marketing team, Engineering team, and Customer Service team
- Recruit, train, and manage marketing staff
Required
- Hands-on experience personally managing web advertising campaigns targeting U.S. consumers, with a monthly budget of ¥5 million (approx. $35,000) or more (must be direct, hands-on operational experience — not agency oversight — for 3+ years)
- Experience creating ad creatives using tools such as Canva
- Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Metabase, and Data Studio
- Business-level or higher English proficiency

- Team management experience
- Experience building AI agents and designing/operating AI workflows
- Experience working remotely in a startup environment
- Work experience in the travel/tourism industry
Working Conditions
- Work Schedule: 5 days per week
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, in your local time zone)
- Compensation: Determined based on the following factors:
- Prevailing salary levels for the role and experience in your country of residence
- Your current and/or previous salary
- Our internal compensation framework, aligned with role and experience level
- Salary increases and performance-based incentive bonuses available
Holidays and Vacations
- Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
- Public holidays observed in your country of residence
- 10 to 20 days of paid annual leave (accrued based on tenure)
- Option to take up to one consecutive month of leave per year (by treating public holidays as regular working days, you can combine the resulting compensatory days off with paid leave to create an extended, consecutive vacation)
